By completing your purchase on wow-hookah.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Return & Warranty Policy in full.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to strict conditions.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN — ALL MUST BE MET

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must ALL be satisfied without exception:

1. The item must be completely unused — never assembled, never connected to power, never filled with tobacco or any preparation.
2. The item must be in its original, sealed packaging — all components present, all accessories included, original box undamaged.
3. The return request must be submitted to info@wow-hookah.com within 14 days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier tracking.
4. Return must be approved by our team in writing before the item is sent back. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at their expense.
5. The item must be received by us in the same condition as shipped. Any sign of use, assembly, odor, or tampering will result in immediate rejection of the return.

RETURN PROCESS

Step 1 — Email info@wow-hookah.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2 — Wait for written approval from our team (within 3 business days).
Step 3 — Ship the item back using a tracked and insured service at your own expense.
Step 4 — Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

SHIPPING FEES

— Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer's expense.
— Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
— Only the product price may be refunded, subject to inspection and approval.
— If the returned item does not meet all conditions listed above, no refund will be issued and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS — NO EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

— Heating element / resistance — consumable wear part
— Silicone head / tobacco bowl — consumable wear part
— Any item that has been opened, assembled, used, or handled
— Any item returned after the 14-day window
— Any item returned without prior written approval
— Any item showing signs of use, tobacco residue, odor, or physical modification

These exclusions apply regardless of the reason for return and cannot be overridden.

IMPORTANT NOTICE — ELECTRIC HEATING SYSTEM

WOWHOOKAH is an electric heating device. Before purchasing, customers are responsible for ensuring the product is compatible with their local power supply (220V) and compliant with applicable local regulations. No refund will be issued on the basis of incompatibility with local standards if the product specifications were clearly stated at the time of purchase.

WARRANTY

The WOWHOOKAH device is covered by a limited 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, applicable to manufacturing defects only.

WHAT IS COVERED

— Electronic control unit
— Main circuit board
— Structural components of the device

Coverage applies only to defects present at the time of manufacture, under normal and correct use as described in the setup instructions.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED — NO EXCEPTIONS

— Heating element (resistance) — consumable part, not covered
— Silicone head — consumable part, not covered
— Any damage resulting from failure to follow setup instructions
— Any damage resulting from contact between the heating plate and the tobacco
— Any damage resulting from overfilling the bowl
— Water damage, liquid ingress, or accidental damage
— Damage caused by use of unauthorized accessories or modifications
— Normal wear and tear
— Damage caused by power surges or incorrect voltage
— Cosmetic damage (scratches, marks) that does not affect functionality

The warranty is strictly limited to repair or replacement of the defective component, at our sole discretion. No cash refund will be issued under a warranty claim.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

To submit a warranty claim, email info@wow-hookah.com with:
— Your order number
— A clear description of the issue
— Photos and/or a short video clearly showing the defect

We will assess your claim within 3 business days. Incomplete claims will not be processed. Our decision regarding warranty eligibility is final.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you received a damaged item or an incorrect product due to our error, you must contact us at info@wow-hookah.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photographic evidence. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted. If the claim is validated, we will replace or refund the affected item at our discretion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WOWHOOKAH's total liability in connection with any return or warranty claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
