No — and that's a deliberate choice. WOWHOOKAH is powered directly from a 220V wall outlet, which guarantees stable, constant power throughout the entire session with no performance drop. Battery systems lose heat over time; mains power does not.
WOWHOOKAH is compatible with all standard shisha tobacco and molasses, as well as herbal tea preparations and tobacco-free alternatives. Any preparation designed for hookah use will work.
The electronic control unit and the main device are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The heating element and the silicone head are consumable parts subject to normal wear — they are not covered by the warranty but are available as replacements.
Session length depends on the tobacco and heat level used — typically the same as a traditional hookah session. Because the heat is constant and perfectly controlled, you often get a more consistent experience from start to finish. The system automatically shuts off after 3 hours of inactivity.

The stainless steel body and glass base can be rinsed with warm water after each session. The silicone head should be emptied and wiped clean. The electronic parts should never be submerged in water — wipe with a dry cloth only.
