1. Fill the silicone head with your tobacco — spread evenly around the centre hole, keep the hole completely clear, and keep the tobacco slightly below the rim.
2. Place the heating system on the bowl in the same orientation shown in the photo guide on our website.
3. Connect the cable firmly to the heating element.
4. Plug into a standard 220V outlet.
5. Press ON/OFF → press START → press MAX.
6. Wait 8 to 10 minutes. The blue LED signals when the system is ready.
7. Reduce heat to between 20 and 24 depending on your tobacco and enjoy.

No — this is the most important rule. The heating plate must never touch the tobacco directly. WOWHOOKAH works by controlled proximity: the element heats the tobacco from above without contact. Direct contact causes the tobacco to burn, produces a harsh taste, and can overheat the system. Always ensure there is a small gap between the plate and the tobacco surface.

8 to 10 minutes from the moment you press START → MAX. When the system reaches the optimal temperature, the blue LED lights up and the display shifts from level 30 down to 28. This is your signal that the system is ready. From there, reduce to your preferred level (usually between 20 and 24) and start smoking.

The heat levels are designed to correspond roughly to the equivalent number of charcoal pieces:

— Level 30 → approximately 3 coals → preheat / ignition phase only
— Level 28 → approximately 2.5 to 3 coals → ready zone (blue LED on)
— Level 20 to 24 → approximately 2 coals → main smoking zone
— Below 20 → low heat → for light tobaccos or slow sessions

Start high, then reduce once the smoke and taste are to your liking. Every tobacco is different — experiment to find your perfect level.

WOWHOOKAH is compatible with all standard shisha tobacco and molasses, as well as herbal tea preparations and tobacco-free alternatives designed for hookah use. Any preparation you would normally use in a traditional hookah bowl will work with WOWHOOKAH.

Yes. WOWHOOKAH uses the same shisha tobacco, the same water base, and produces the same dense, flavorful smoke as a traditional hookah. The draw, the smoke density, and the flavor are fully authentic. The only difference is how the heat is generated — electric instead of charcoal. Many users find the experience cleaner and more consistent than charcoal, as the heat never fluctuates.

WOWHOOKAH operates on 220V AC — a standard European wall outlet. It is not compatible with 110V power systems without an appropriate voltage converter. It is the customer's responsibility to verify power compatibility before purchasing if they are located outside a 220V region.

After each session, allow the system to cool completely before cleaning.

— Glass base: rinse with warm water after each session. Use a bottle brush for thorough cleaning.
— Stainless steel body: wipe with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water.
— Silicone head: empty any remaining tobacco, then rinse with warm water and allow to dry completely before the next session.
— Heating element: wipe gently with a dry cloth when cool. Never submerge in water or use liquid cleaners on the electrical components.
— Electronic controller: wipe with a dry cloth only. Never expose to water or moisture.

The heating element and silicone head are consumable parts subject to normal wear — similar to charcoal in a traditional hookah setup. Replacement frequency depends on how often you use the device. The electronic control unit and the main device are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The heating element and silicone head are consumable wear parts and are not covered. To make a warranty claim, email info@wow-hookah.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video of the defect.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is completely unused, in its original sealed packaging, and return has been approved in writing by our team before shipping.
