1. WHERE WE SHIP

WOWHOOKAH ships worldwide from Belgium. We deliver to most countries across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia, and beyond.

Shipping availability and rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@wow-hookah.com and we will do our best to arrange delivery.

3. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship with trusted international carriers including bpost, DHL, DPD, and equivalent partners depending on your region. The carrier assigned to your order may vary based on your location and the most efficient delivery route available at the time of dispatch.

4. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

5. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Belgium: 1 to 3 business days
Neighbouring countries (Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg): 2 to 4 business days
Rest of Europe: 3 to 7 business days
International (outside Europe): 5 to 14 business days

These are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@wow-hookah.com.

7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

WOWHOOKAH ships from Belgium, within the European Union.

For deliveries within the EU: No customs duties apply. VAT may be included in the displayed price depending on your country of residence.

For deliveries outside the EU: Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost displayed at checkout. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

WOWHOOKAH cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

8. FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES

If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available at the address, the carrier will typically leave a notification and attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local collection point. It is the customer's responsibility to collect the package within the carrier's holding period.

If a package is returned to us due to:
— An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
— Failure to collect from a collection point
— Refusal of delivery

The customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. We will contact you to arrange reshipment. The original shipping fee is non-refundable in these cases.

9. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wow-hookah.com with your order number and photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local collection point, then contact us at info@wow-hookah.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier.

WOWHOOKAH cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

10. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. WOWHOOKAH cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@wow-hookah.com. We will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
