SCOPE

This policy applies to any deferred purchase, pre-order, or instalment payment option available on wow-hookah.com.

CANCELLATION BEFORE FULFILMENT

If your order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at info@wow-hookah.com with your order number.

Cancellation requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. If approved before fulfilment, a full refund of the product price will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Original shipping fees, if already charged, are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION AFTER FULFILMENT

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, our standard Return & Warranty Policy applies.

By placing an order with a deferred or instalment payment option, you authorise WOWHOOKAH to charge your payment method at the prices, frequency, and dates confirmed at checkout, until the order is fulfilled or the purchase is validly cancelled in accordance with this policy.
